Explanation:
If Torque reaches this section of the routine, having not yet picked
up a flag and with a flag still in front of him, then he loops back to
the start of the routine, and repeats this until either of the conditions
are met (i.e. if he picks up the flag, or if it dissapears).
This small loop takes less than one click, so when Torque is going after
a flag he moves forward once every click.
