Scan Relative 1 Explanation: 
 
This command scans all of the positions in front of, to the side of and behind your cybug.

Advantage: Scans multiple squares at once, so reduces time taken to do scans

Disadvantage: Does not give any indication of which square the scanned object was in. 

This is normally used after a perimeter scan, for finding which square the scanned object was in. For example, after a flag has been scanned on the perimeter, a cybug might do a cross scan to narrow down the search area. Whether the scan finds the flag or not, it leaves only four possible squares in which the flag could be.
